RBI Grade B is one of the top notch exams in the banking sector. People who are preparing for the banking exams and are targeting government exams ; have a dream of cracking the RBI exam. It is one of the most prestigious jobs in India . RBI is the top most in the field of banks. SBI too is taken as one of the most prestigious but still RBI has it own name.

RBI Grade B 2024 notification is out now and this year there are 94 vacant posts of general , DEPR and DSIM officers.
RBI Grade B exam :
This exam is conducted by Reserve Bank of India. This exam is conducted once a year during the month of september or near the month of september. There are three levels of this exam , 1st is Prelims, 2nd is mains and third is the interview process. Mode of exam is online. Medium of the exam paper is in english and hindi.

Fee Structure for RBI Grade B :
There is a specific fee which has to be paid when submitting the fee. The fee structure generally differs for different castes.
For general , the amount is : 850 INR
For OBC, the amount is : 850 INR
For SC/ST/PWD , the amount is : 100 INR\
Eligibility criteria for the exam :
The age limit for RBI Grade B exam is :
A candidate should atleast be 21 years of age when applying for the recruitment.
maximum age limit to apply for this exam is 30 years.
Education qualifications:
For RBI Grade B General : one must have a bachelors or master’s degree with a minimum score of 55%
For RBI Grade B Officer (Department of Economic and Policy Research) : one must have a master’s degree in economics or finance .
No. of attempts :
For general category : 6 attempts .
For SC/ST/PWD : No limit on the attempts
Selection process :
For the selection of candidates in RBI Grade B , There are 3 levels. An aspirant has to clear 3 levels to reach the desired destination.
- Phase 1 ( Prelims)
- Phase 2 ( Mains)
- Interview.
