The 1st phase of project NAMAN launched!

The prestigious Indian army has launched the first phase of project NAMAN. This project is designed to provide dedicated support to defense pensioners , Veterns and their families. This step was taken and the project was introduced to provide support and services to the retired ones as one serves wholly in his job period.

We are well aware of the fact that how Indian army saves us by risking their lives. They forget all their expenses and the lavishing life. All they do is serving the country.

Key Components of Project NAMAN :

1. System for Pension Administration Raksha (SPARSH) :  The project is designed around the implementation of SPARSH.
2. SPARSH : It is being implemented for meeting the pension sanction and disbursement requirements for armed forces viz army, navy , air force.
3. Launch of NAMAN : Launch of this project happened in presence of General Upendra Dwivedi, chief of the army staff along with Mrs. Sunita Dwivedi, President Army wives Association(AWWA).
4. According to the report , this project will extend the essential services to the entire resident population of military stations and entire residents.

Project NAMAN involves :

1. Establishment of reception or facilitation methods enabled through a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding.
2. In the first phase of the project, 14 CSCs have been established at key locations in India at New Delhi , Jalandhar , Leh , Dehradun , Jodhpur , Gorakhpur , Jhansi and Bangalore.
3. The project is set to expand significantly, with plans to establish approximately 200 centres nationwide over the next 2-3 years.

This project is an important pillar for the retired army men and the families of Veterns . By providing SPARSH centric facilitation, commonly required e-Governance services, and banking solutions at a single location, the project also creates entrepreneurial opportunities for Veterans and NOKs, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
